Trashy people
We must be trashy people. Today was our trash day. It was my honor to drag our TWO garbage cans out to the end of our driveway. One is a 96 gallon can and the other is a 64 gallon can. I noticed on my way back home from PetSmart later that morning that we are the ONLY ones that have TWO garbage cans. The only ones! I watched along our whole street and the street around the block on my way home. Not one house!! I thought, "What do these people do with all of their trash? Our two cans seem to be always full. It is unusual when we don't put both cans out on trash day. Today they were so full that I couldn't close the lid on one of them. We aren't very good at recycling, so maybe that has a little to do with it, but I doubt that it's much. It made me feel stupid. What are we doing? Are we endangering the planet? Oh well---maybe this means my house is super clean, right?

Or maybe it means that you don't hoard....a lot of people keep EVERYTHING, even if they don't need it. Look at it that way and don't worry about all the pizza boxes and root beer containers falling out the top. :)

Does this mean that if we only use 1 trash can that we're NOT trashy?I finally feel good about myself...
